These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PitBot Discord bot, the pitbot.gg website, and the PitBot management panel (together, the "Service"), operated by Brock A Strehle (BrockDev.co). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
PitBot is a hosted and managed platform for running online sim-racing leagues. It automates standings, race results, check-ins, schedules, statistics, and related features inside Discord and a web panel.
You must meet Discord's minimum age requirement to use the Service. You are responsible for activity on your account and within the Discord servers where you run PitBot, and for providing accurate information.
A league may use PitBot's optional tools to collect membership or entry fees from its own drivers. Those payments are processed by Stripe and are an arrangement between the league and its members — the league sets its fees and is responsible for what it provides in return and for any refunds or disputes. PitBot provides the payment tooling and is not a party to that arrangement. Fees you pay for your own PitBot subscription are separate (see "Subscriptions & billing" above).
You agree not to misuse the Service, including: using it for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes; attempting to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service; or using it in violation of Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
You retain ownership of the league data you provide. You grant us the limited license needed to host and process that data in order to operate the Service. Free leagues that remain inactive for an extended period may be archived (taken offline) and, after a further retention period, permanently deleted; we send advance email notice before any data is deleted. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
We work to keep the Service running reliably, but it is provided on a best-effort basis and may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the three months before the claim.
You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
